Description

Grade A natural 18 mm x 13 mm amethyst cabochon.

Rich, deep purple color.

Average weight is 12 to 12.5 carats.

Please note that these cabochons are thick (about 7.5 mm) and are therefore not suitable for regular cinch mounts. Works well with any prong type setting.

Amethyst measures a 7 on the Moh's scale of hardness; great for rings and bracelets as well as pendants and earrings.
