Your satisfaction is very important to us! We have very few returns, but we realize that there are times when you will want to return a casting for one reason or another. Perhaps you inadvertently ordered the wrong size, or simply just changed your mind. No problem!
Any item, except a special order item, may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for exchange or refund, provided it is returned in its original condition. Prior E-mail notification is required to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Be sure to insure the package against damage or loss during transit. Products returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
Please understand that we cannot accept the return of used castings, and we cannot be responsible for user error. If you set or attempt to set a casting, it is used and cannot be accepted for return. Any claim of damaged or defective merchandise must be made BEFORE YOU USE THE SETTING. It is imperative that you examine your merchandise carefully upon arrival and before attempting to use it. Be sure to measure your stone carefully and remember that gemstones have depth as well as length and width. It is a simple matter to check to see if your stone is too deep for a particular casting before you attempt to use it. If it is, chances are there will be another casting that will be suitable.
Shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refundable.
