Q:
Do the earring drops that I would use for these lever backs, just attach to the lever backs or do I have to use wire? Never did these before. Thanks

A:
The leverbacks have an open loop that you would open from side to side just enough to slide the drop in and then close the loop back up. If you use a drop with a closed horizontal ring, you won't need anything else. Most of them are horizontal. If you use a drop with a vertical ring, then you would need to use a jump ring so the drop would hang properly.
