Oval 1-ring wraptites. These are designed to be used with faceted gemstones, but can also be used with some cabochons.
Place your stone in the wraptite. Check to be sure the stone is straight and push down gently until you hear it click. Check to be sure the stone is completely enclosed by the wraptite and then gently close at the base with your needlenose pliers. Be sure you don't close the ring completely.
Dangle from your favorite earwire, leverback or other earring top.
