If you get a message stating that "the options you selected are not currently available", it means that size is not in stock. We accept only true sizes from the manufacturer and are sometimes unable to get a true size due to mold shrinkage. Ring molds shrink over time and a size 7, for example, will start coming through as a size 6 3/4 or even a size 6 1/2.

There isn't a great deal of difference between a size 6 3/4 and a size 7 and for a lot of people, it won't be an issue. If you are one of those people who can tolerate a size variation, and the stock size you want is not available, please contact us and we'll be happy to order the stock size that you need. (No sizing fee for a stock size and usually comes in within 4 to 7 days). If you need a true size, you can order a custom size. (Manufacturer charges a sizing fee for custom sizes, even if the size ordered is normally a "stock" size). A word of caution here........if you need a size 9 and the largest ring listed is a size 8, then you cannot order a "stock" size 9 as it's never available in a stock size 9. You can order a custom size 9. If a particular stock size is available, it will be listed, even if there are no rings in stock for that size.

Stock is replenished at least weekly so if the stock size you want is unavailable for more than one week, then it's because that stock size is currently unavailable due to mold shrinkage. We will continue to try to order that size periodically, but we can't tell you when it will be back in stock.
